Collins Promise Scholarship
Collins Career Technical Center offers a scholarship opportunity to Lawrence County graduates to help cover part of their tuition. You can be eligible for the Collins Promise Scholarship opportunity in two ways.
Option 1: Traditional
$2,000 towards your program tuition.
Requirements:
- Must have graduated from any Lawrence County, Ohio high school*.
- Must enroll in one of our programs in the school year immediately following high school graduation.
Option 2: Continuing Education
$1,000 towards your program tuition.
Requirements:
- Must have graduated from any Lawrence County, Ohio high school*.
- Must enroll in one of our programs within five years after high school graduation.
How to apply:
Proof of graduation must be provided by a copy of your high school diploma or transcript, which is required for your application. The student will complete the scholarship application form.
* - Lawrence County, Ohio, high schools included in this opportunity are Chesapeake, Dawson-Bryant, Fairland, Ironton, Rock Hill, South Point, St. Joseph (Ironton), Sugar Creek, Symmes Valley, and Tri-State STEM+M.
Disclaimer: Please note that the Collins Promise Scholarship is available exclusively to graduates of Lawrence County high schools who enroll in on-site adult education programs at Collins Career Technical Center during the school year immediately following high school graduation or within 5 years of graduation.
Although we strive to provide comprehensive financial support, please note that the Collins Promise Scholarship does not cover short-term (under 900 hours) or Collins To-Go online options. For those interested in Collins To-Go programs, we encourage you to explore other forms of financial aid available for online study.
